One of our fundamental principles is to focus on gender and regional diversity. For WordCamp Masaka 2025, we are targeting the following to guarantee proper inclusion and diversity.

  1. About 60% of local speakers
  2. 40% non-male speakers

You can help us achieve this by sharing our “Call for Speakers” (or this page) with your local community via meetup groups, WordCamps, social media, other tech events, WhatsApp groups, etc.

The deadline to send your application is May 31, 2025, at 23:59 EAT. Showcase your skill, share your insights, and contribute to the vibrant WordPress community. We look ahead to your participation.

Before submitting your speaker proposal, please log in to WordCamp.org using your WordPress.org account*.
