Volunteer Roles Available:

Registration Desk. Help with check-ins, badge distribution, and attendee support.
Session Room Supervisor. Make sure sessions start on time and help speakers.
Greeter. Welcome attendees and give directions.
Swag Distribution. Distribute event merchandise like T-shirts and stickers.
Food & Beverage Service. Help with meal distribution and cleanliness.
Sponsor Support. Help sponsors set up and engage with attendees.
Speaker Connection. Support speakers with logistics and session preparation.
Transportation Assistance. Coordinate transportation for attendees and speakers.
Social Media. Capture event highlights and engage online.
Photography & Videography. Document key moments for media sharing.
Feedback & Evaluation. Collect insights to improve future WordCamps.
Technical Support. Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment and Wi-Fi.
Volunteer Coordination. Help in organizing and managing volunteers.
Parking & Transportation. Direct attendees to parking areas and transit options.
Accessibility Support. Help attendees with special needs and accessibility requirements.
