Jackson has been an active member of the WordPress and WordCamp community since 2010, while Ndejje Moses joined in 2023. After their first WordCamp, both became deeply engaged with the open-source community, inspired by Jackson’s global vision.
Jackson, CEO of MetaverseWP and My Quest To Teach, graduated from South Carolina State University in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Webster University in 2004, specializing in Educational Technology, Social Media, and STEAM. With his wife, he empowers business owners, entrepreneurs, and communities worldwide through education. His work fosters critical thinking and innovation, particularly in Uganda and across Africa.
Integrating Metaverse, AI, VR, and WordPress into entrepreneurial curricula, Jackson builds global communities of thought leadership and creativity. As an international volunteer, mentor, blogger, speaker, and organizer, he makes a significant impact, with Moses growing in these roles under his guidance.
They collaborate on Metaverse sites to enhance accessibility, enabling individuals with disabilities to contribute to the WordPress and WordCamp community. Jackson mentors Moses, whom he regards as a son.
