WordCamp Masaka is a highly anticipated event organized by the Masaka WordPress Meetup, a community of local WordPress developers, designers, publishers, teachers, and students. This group comes together to share their knowledge, experiences, and ideas, as well as to network with other WordPress users in Greater Masaka and neighboring towns.
The mobilization for this conference is being done in partnership with The ICT Teachers Association of Uganda (ITAU) and other WordPress meetup chapters in Jinja, Kampala, Entebbe, and Lira. This collaboration ensures that the event is widely advertised and that attendees from different parts of the country can participate.

I am an experienced IT professional with 8 years of experience in ICT training, web design, and development. In addition to my IT background, I have managed NGOs in Uganda that focus on improving the lives of underprivileged and marginalized communities. Through these organizations, I actively engage with individuals and communities to promote the use of ICT in various sectors such as education, healthcare, service delivery, rights empowerment, economic development, and skills enhancement.
