Visa Requirements for Uganda

Many travelers visiting Uganda are required to obtain a visa before entry. Since visa policies differ by nationality, we encourage all international attendees to confirm the requirements applicable to their country before making travel plans.

Uganda operates an online visa application system, allowing visitors to apply conveniently ahead of their trip. To avoid last-minute complications, we strongly recommend applying well in advance of your departure date.

Apply for a Uganda e-Visa

Visitors can submit their visa applications through Uganda’s official immigration portal:

https://visas.immigration.go.ug
