We invite you to our inaugural WordCamp, an official WordPress event supported by WordPress Community Support, PBC. WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences that cover everything related to WordPress, the free and open-source software that powers over 40% of the Web. Our event will be held on October 6-7, 2023 at Equator University of Science and Technology in Masaka, Uganda.
At WordCamp Masaka 2023, we plan to celebrate WordPress with exciting sessions covering topics such as development, design, security, SEO, content creation, integrating WordPress into a teaching-learning environment, and more. We will also have hands-on workshops by experts on both technical and non-technical topics, networking opportunities with WordPress professionals from all over Uganda and beyond, and an opportunity to meet and interact with some of the biggest WordPress companies from around the globe. Additionally, attendees will receive some cool WordPress swag!
We are expecting over 200 attendees at this fabulous event, and anyone and everyone is welcome to attend. Our event is for everyone who uses WordPress and everyone who should use WordPress.
