Patrick Lumumba

Patrick is a passionate web developer, and an avid WordPress contributor. He currently works as a QA Engineer at WPMU DEV. With a deep love for sharing knowledge, he regularly writes and speaks about QA, WordPress, blogging, and web development. Patrick’s expertise in quality assurance and testing has made him a key figure in the WordPress community, most notably as the Test Co-Lead for WordPress 6.5, a major core release. Beyond his technical contributions, Patrick is an active community builder. He co-organizes the WordPress Nairobi Meetup, mentors aspiring contributors through the WordPress Mentorship Program, and travels around the world to speak about tech. As a plugin developer and advocate for inclusive contribution, Patrick is dedicated to empowering others to make an impact in WordPress, whether through code, testing, or community leadership.
